Store Manager | BRAS N THINGS | Bankstown We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Bankstown Store. This is a full time position at 38 hours/week. Responsibilities Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team achieve budgets and KPIs. Succession planning to enable team progression. Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions with discretion. Understand Stock Management processes and prioritise tasks. Coach the team and provide on-the-spot feedback. Requirements Experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Strong customer service, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to drive sales, manage budgets and KPIs, and implement merchandising strategies. Experience with stock management and operational processes.
